The SC Preferred™ 5 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with wood decking is designed to maximize storage areas with a max storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level. It is suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, featuring open shelves adjustable at 1" increments. The open design allows four side access for maximum flexibility. Assembly is easy with snap-in components, requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The unit includes rugged 2" x 1", 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that lock perimeter beams into corner posts, preventing back and side sway. Front-to-back supports help prevent beam rotation when fully loaded. The shelving has a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and comes with sturdy, smooth precut 5/8" thick particleboard decking that ships in two pieces.
