The SC Preferred™ 3 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter kit with wood decking is designed to maximize storage area with a max storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, with open shelves adjustable at 1" increments. The shelving is constructed from sturdy roll-formed steel framing with 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that lock perimeter beams into corner posts, creating a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. Front-to-back supports prevent beam rotation when fully loaded. The package includes snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips for easy assembly. The open design allows four side access for maximum flexibility. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and sturdy, smooth precut 5/8" thick particleboard decking, which ships in two pieces, provide a cost-effective solid surface.
