The SC Preferred™ 4 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with wood decking is designed to maximize storage area with a max storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level, suitable for retail, commercial, and industrial applications. The kit includes four adjustable open shelves that can be modified at 1" increments, rugged 2" x 1", 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, double riveted horizontal beams locking perimeter beams into corner posts for structural security and eliminating back and side sway. The shelving features sturdy roll-formed steel framing with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation when fully loaded, and it has a chip resistant gray baked enamel finish. The precut 5/8" thick particleboard decking, shipped in two pieces, provides a smooth, cost-effective solid surface. Assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips.
