The SC Preferred™ 4 Shelf Heavy Duty Boltless Shelving Starter with wood decking is designed to maximize storage with a max storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level. It suits retail, commercial, and industrial applications with various heights, widths, and depths to fit nearly any facility area. The open shelves are adjustable in 1" increments, and the open design allows four-side access for maximum flexibility. Assembly is easy with snap-in components and requires no bolts, nuts, or clips. The starter unit includes rugged 2" x 1", 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that vertically adjust in 1" increments. Sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, with front-to-back supports preventing beam rotation when fully loaded. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, forming structurally secure joints that eliminate back and side sway. The shelving features a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and cost-effective solid 5/8" thick precut particleboard decking, which ships in two pieces.
