The SC Preferred 4 shelf, heavy duty boltless shelving starter with wood decking is designed to maximize storage with a max storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments to suit various storage needs, and the kit includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers with double riveted horizontal beams for structural integrity. The assembly is easy with snap-in components, requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation under full load. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, eliminating back and side sway. The package includes precut 5/8" thick particleboard wood decking, which is chip resistant and cost-effective, shipping in two pieces. The finish is a chip resistant gray baked enamel, ensuring durability and longevity.
