The SC Preferred 4-shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with wood decking is engineered to maximize storage space with a max storage weight of 1400 lbs. per level, suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial environments. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, allowing customization for various storage needs. The kit includes sturdy 2" x 1", 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, and double riveted horizontal beams that lock securely into the corner posts using a double rivet button stud construction to prevent back and side sway. The design features front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation when fully loaded and a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish. The precut 5/8" thick particleboard wood decking ships in two pieces and provides a durable, solid surface. Assembly is easy and tool-free, requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips.
