The SC Preferred 3 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with wood decking is designed to maximize storage areas with a maximum storage weight of 1400 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, with open shelves adjustable at 1" increments. The assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The shelving includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically in 1" increments, and front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation under full load. The double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, forming a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. The finish is chip-resistant gray baked enamel, and the solid decking consists of sturdy, smooth precut 5/8" thick particleboard, which ships in two pieces.
