The kit includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, double riveted horizontal beams for vertical adjustment at 1" increments, and sturdy 5/8" thick precut particleboard decking finished with a chip-resistant gray baked enamel. The open design allows four-sided access, providing maximum flexibility, and the sturdy roll-formed steel framing with double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, creating a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. Assembly is tool-free with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips.
