The SC Preferred™ 5 shelf, standard duty boltless shelving starter with wood decking is designed to maximize your storage area with a max storage weight of 1000 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, with open shelves that are adjustable at 1" increments. The kit includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 ga steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that lock perimeter beams into corner posts, forming a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. Front-to-back supports help prevent beam rotation when fully loaded. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, and the chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish enhances durability. The package includes smooth precut 5/8" thick particleboard wood decking, which ships in two pieces, and offers easy assembly with no bolts, nuts, or clips required due to snap-in components. This open design allows four side access, providing maximum flexibility with various heights, widths, and depths to accommodate nearly every area of your facility.
