The SC Preferred™ 4 shelf standard duty boltless shelving starter with wood decking is designed to maximize storage area in retail, commercial, and industrial facilities, with a maximum storage weight of 1000 lbs. per level. It features durable, adaptable storage with adjustable open shelves at 1" increments, allowing for four side access to provide maximum flexibility. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing offers maximum support with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation under full load. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, forming a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. Each starter unit includes rugged 2" x 1", 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically at 1" increments. The kit includes sturdy, smooth precut 5/8" thick particleboard wood decking shipped in two pieces, finished with a chip-resistant gray baked enamel. Assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips.
