The SC Preferred™ 5 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with wood decking is designed to maximize your storage area with a max storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level. It offers durable and adaptable storage for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, and the kit includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 ga steel uprights punched on 1" centers along with double riveted horizontal beams that also adjust vertically in 1" increments. The package includes sturdy, smooth precut 5/8" thick particleboard decking, which ships in two pieces. Sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation under full load, and double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts to form a structurally secure joint, eliminating back and side sway. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and open design allow four-side access, providing maximum flexibility. Assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips.
