The SC Preferred™ 5 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with wood decking is designed to maximize storage space with a max storage weight of 1500 lbs. per level. It is suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial applications, featuring durable and adaptable storage with open shelves adjustable at 1" increments. The shelving system offers easy assembly with no bolts, nuts, or clips required, utilizing snap-in components for quick setup. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, and double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, forming a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. Each starter unit consists of rugged 2" x 1", 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams adjustable vertically at 1" increments. The kit includes a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and sturdy, smooth, precut 5/8" thick particleboard wood decking for cost-effective solid shelving.
