The SC Preferred™ 3 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with wood decking is designed to maximize storage capacity with a maximum storage weight of 1500 lbs. per level, making it suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The unit features durable, adaptable shelving with open shelves adjustable at 1" increments for flexibility. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, and double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts to form a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. Each starter unit includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically in 1" increments. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish ensures durability, while the 5/8" thick precut particleboard wood decking provides cost-effective, solid storage surfaces. Assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips.
