The SC Preferred™ 5 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with wood decking is designed to maximize storage area with a max storage weight of 1600 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, with open shelves adjustable at 1" increments. The kit includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that lock into corner posts with a double rivet button stud construction to form a structurally secure joint, eliminating back and side sway. The shelves offer four side access for maximum flexibility and are finished with a chip-resistant gray baked enamel coating. Assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The smooth, sturdy precut 5/8" thick particleboard decking provides a cost-effective solid surface.
