The SC Preferred 5 Shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with wood decking is designed to maximize storage with a maximum storage weight of 1600 lbs. per level. It offers durable and adaptable storage for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, featuring open shelves that are adjustable at 1" increments. The unit includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that lock into corner posts with double rivet button stud construction, providing a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing supports the open design allowing four-side access for maximum flexibility. Assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The package includes smooth, precut 5/8" thick particleboard wood decking with a chip resistant gray baked enamel finish.
