The kit includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that lock securely into the corner posts using a double rivet button stud construction, eliminating back and side sway. Assembly is easy with snap-in components, requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The solid decking consists of smooth, precut 5/8" thick particleboard finished with a chip-resistant gray baked enamel. This open design provides four-side access for maximum flexibility in various facility areas, and sturdy roll-formed steel framing ensures maximum support.
