The SC Preferred 4-shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with wood decking is designed to maximize storage with a maximum weight capacity of 1200 lbs. per level. It is suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, offering durable and adaptable storage solutions. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments for customizable storage configurations. The unit features an easy assembly process with snap-in components, requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, with front-to-back supports to help prevent beam rotation under full load. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts to form structurally secure joints, eliminating back and side sway. Each add-on includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams with vertical adjustability in 1" increments. A chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish protects the shelving. The shelving has sturdy, smooth precut 5/8" thick particleboard decking, which ships in two pieces for cost-effective solid shelving.
