The SC Preferred 4-shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with wood decking is designed to maximize storage areas in retail, commercial, and industrial spaces, supporting a maximum storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level. The kit includes 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically at 1" increments. Its sturdy roll-formed steel framing offers maximum support, with front-to-back supports that prevent beam rotation when fully loaded. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, forming structurally secure joints and eliminating back and side sway. The open shelves provide four-side access and are adjustable in 1" increments for adaptability. Assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips, facilitating expansion by joining units with more stability and less construction than bolting two starter units together. The shelves feature a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish, and the package includes smooth precut 5/8" thick particleboard decking, which ships in two pieces.
