The SC Preferred 5 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with wood decking is designed to maximize storage space with a maximum storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial applications, with open shelves adjustable at 1" increments. The easy assembly requires no bolts, nuts, or clips, utilizing snap-in components for quick setup. Various heights, widths, and depths accommodate nearly every facility area, and the open design allows four-side access for maximum flexibility. Sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, while front-to-back supports prevent beam rotation under full load. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts for a structurally secure joint, eliminating back and side sway. Each add-on unit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams adjustable vertically on 1" increments. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish enhances durability, and the sturdy, smooth precut 5/8" thick particleboard decking provides cost-effective solid decking, shipping in two pieces.
