The SC Preferred™ 4 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with wood decking is designed to maximize your storage area with a maximum storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level, suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, allowing various heights, widths, and depths to accommodate nearly every area of your facility. The unit features an open design allowing four-side access for maximum flexibility and easy assembly with snap-in components—no bolts, nuts, or clips required. Expansion is simplified by joining units with more stability and less construction compared to bolting two starter units together. The shelving is constructed of sturdy roll-formed steel framing with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation under load, and double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into the corner post, eliminating back and side sway for structural security. Each add-on includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers, and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically in 1" increments. The finish is a chip-resistant gray baked enamel, and the sturdy, smooth, precut 5/8" thick particleboard provides cost-effective solid decking shipped in two pieces.
