The SC Preferred™ 5 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with wood decking is designed to maximize storage capacity with a max storage weight of 1400 lbs. per level. It features durable roll-formed steel framing with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation and double rivet button stud construction to lock perimeter beams into corner posts, ensuring a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. The shelving unit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically in 1" increments. The open shelves allow four-side access for maximum flexibility and are adjustable at 1" increments. Assembly is easy without bolts, nuts, or clips, using snap-in components. The shelves have a chip resistant gray baked enamel finish, and the solid wood decking consists of sturdy, smooth precut 5/8" thick particleboard, which ships in two pieces. This add-on shelving system is suitable for retail, commercial, and industrial applications, offering various heights, widths, and depths to fit nearly every facility area.
