The SC Preferred™ 5 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with wood decking is designed for retail, commercial, and industrial applications to maximize storage areas with various heights, widths, and depths. Each add-on unit features a max storage weight of 1400 lbs. per level and rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers combined with double rivet button stud construction that locks perimeter beams into corner posts, providing a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. Open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation under full loads. The package includes durable, smooth, precut 5/8" thick particleboard wood decking shipped in two pieces, featuring a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish. Assembly is easy, requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips, with snap-in components that support four-side access and allow expansion by joining units with more stability and less construction effort than bolting starter units together.
