The SC Preferred 5 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with wood decking is designed to maximize storage areas in retail, commercial, and industrial spaces with a maximum storage weight of 1400 lbs. per level. The kit includes sturdy 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically at 1" increments with open shelves. The roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, while front-to-back supports prevent beam rotation under full load. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts to form structurally secure joints that eliminate back and side sway. The particleboard decking is precut, 5/8" thick, chip resistant, and ships in two pieces with a gray baked enamel finish for durability. The shelving features easy assembly with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips, and the open design allows four-sided access for maximum flexibility. Options accommodate various heights, widths, and depths for nearly every facility area.
