The SC Preferred™ 5 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with wood decking is designed to maximize storage area in retail, commercial, and industrial applications, supporting a maximum storage weight of 1400 lbs. per level. The storage unit features durable roll-formed steel framing with 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically at 1" increments. Open adjustable shelves allow four-side access for maximum flexibility. The shelving unit uses a double rivet button stud construction to securely lock perimeter beams into corner posts, eliminating back and side sway and preventing beam rotation under full load with front-to-back supports. The particleboard wood decking is precut to 5/8" thickness, chip resistant, and ships in two pieces for easy handling. The snap-in assembly requires no nuts, bolts, or clips, making setup and expansion simple, with gray baked enamel finish. The dimensions accommodate various heights, widths, and depths to fit nearly every facility layout.
