The GLOBAL Industrial™ 4 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with wood decking is designed to maximize storage areas in retail, commercial, and industrial spaces, supporting a maximum storage weight of 1400 lbs per level. The unit features durable roll-formed steel framing with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation, and double rivet button stud construction that locks perimeter beams into corner posts, eliminating back and side sway. Each add-on includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams adjustable vertically at 1" increments. The open shelf design allows four-side access and the open shelves themselves are adjustable at 1" increments. The kit includes a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and sturdy, smooth precut 5/8" thick particleboard decking which ships in two pieces. Assembly is easy with snap-in components and requires no bolts, nuts, or clips. Various heights, widths, and depths are available to accommodate nearly every facility area, offering adaptable, boltless shelving that can be expanded simply by joining units for enhanced stability.
