The SC Preferred™ 3 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with wood decking is designed to maximize storage with a max storage weight of 1500 lbs. per level. It is durable and adaptable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, allowing flexible configuration. The kit includes rugged 14 ga steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically. The roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation when fully loaded. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, forming structurally secure joints that eliminate back and side sway. The shelving features a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish, and the wood decking consists of sturdy, smooth precut 5/8" thick particleboard providing cost-effective solid decking. Assembly is easy with snap-in components, requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips, and it allows for expansion by joining units with more stability and less construction than bolting two starter units together.
