The SC Preferred™ 3 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with wood decking is designed to maximize storage areas for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, supporting a maximum storage weight of 1500 lbs. per level. The kit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically in 1" increments. The precut 5/8" thick particleboard decking is chip resistant with a gray baked enamel finish, providing durable and cost-effective solid shelving. The open shelves allow four-sided access and are adjustable at 1" increments. Sturdy roll-formed steel framing with front-to-back supports prevents beam rotation when fully loaded, while double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, eliminating back and side sway for structural stability. The boltless design requires no bolts, nuts, or clips for easy assembly and expansion, simplifying setup and improving stability by joining units with less construction than bolting two starter units together.
