The SC Preferred™ 5-shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with wood decking is designed for maximizing storage in retail, industrial, and commercial environments, with a max storage weight of 1500 lbs. per level. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, allowing for customization along various heights, widths, and depths to fit nearly any area of a facility. Constructed with sturdy roll-formed steel framing, the shelving provides maximum support, featuring double rivet button stud construction that locks perimeter beams into corner posts, eliminating back and side sway. Front-to-back supports prevent beam rotation under full load. Assembly is easy with snap-in components and requires no bolts, nuts, or clips. Each add-on unit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically at 1" increments. The shelves have a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish, and the decking consists of sturdy, smooth precut 5/8" thick particleboard, providing a cost-effective and solid surface. The design allows four-sided access for flexibility and can be joined to other units for increased stability without additional fastening hardware.
