The SC Preferred™ 5 Shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with wood decking is designed for retail, commercial, and industrial use, maximizing storage areas with various heights, widths, and depths to accommodate nearly every facility. Each level supports a maximum storage weight of 1500 lbs. Open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, and the open design allows four side access for maximum flexibility. Assembly is easy with snap-in components, requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, with front-to-back supports preventing beam rotation under load. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts to create a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. Each add-on unit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams adjustable on 1" increments. The shelves feature a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and precut 5/8" thick particleboard decking for a cost-effective solid surface.
