The SC Preferred™ 3 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with wood decking is designed to maximize storage areas with a maximum storage weight capacity of 1600 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suited for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, with open shelves that are adjustable in 1" increments. The open design allows four-side access, providing maximum flexibility. Assembly is easy and requires no bolts, nuts, or clips, utilizing snap-in components for quick set-up. Expansion is simplified by joining units with greater stability and less construction compared to bolting two starter units together. The shelving includes sturdy roll-formed steel framing for maximum support and front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation when fully loaded. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, forming structurally secure joints and eliminating back and side sway. Each add-on unit contains rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically on 1" increments. The finish is a chip-resistant gray baked enamel, and the decking consists of sturdy, smooth precut 5/8" thick particleboard providing cost-effective solid decking.
