The SC Preferred 4 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with wood decking is designed to maximize storage area with a max storage weight of 1600 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, allowing flexibility, and the open design provides four side access. Assembly is easy, requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips, with snap-in components for quick setup. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing offers maximum support, while front-to-back supports prevent beam rotation under full load. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into the corner post, forming a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. Each add-on unit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically at 1" increments. The finish is a chip resistant gray baked enamel, and the decking consists of sturdy, smooth precut 5/8" thick particleboard, providing cost-effective, solid support.
