The SC Preferred 3-shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with wood decking is designed to maximize storage areas with a max storage weight of 1600 lbs. per level. It is durable and adaptable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, featuring open shelves adjustable at 1" increments. The unit offers various heights, widths, and depths to accommodate nearly every area of a facility and allows four-side access for maximum flexibility. Assembly is easy with snap-in components, requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. Expansion is simplified by joining units with more stability and less construction compared to bolting two starter units together. The shelving has sturdy roll-formed steel framing for maximum support, front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation under full load, and double rivet button stud construction that locks perimeter beams into corner posts to form structurally secure joints eliminating back and side sway. Each add-on includes rugged 14 gauge steel T-posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams adjustable vertically in 1" increments. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish protects the unit, while sturdy, smooth precut 5/8" thick particleboard provides cost-effective, solid decking.
