The SC Preferred™ 4 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with wood decking is designed to maximize storage with a max storage weight of 1600 lbs. per level, suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. It features adjustable open shelves at 1" increments and a durable roll-formed steel framing that provides maximum support, with front-to-back supports preventing beam rotation when fully loaded. The double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into the corner posts, forming a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. Each add-on unit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams adjustable vertically at 1" increments. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish enhances durability. The shelving uses sturdy, smooth, precut 5/8" thick particleboard as cost-effective solid decking. Assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips, and the open design allows four-side access for maximum flexibility. The system allows easy expansion by joining additional units with greater stability and less construction than bolting two starter units together.
