The SC Preferred™ 5 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with wood decking is designed to maximize storage capacity with a max storage weight of 1600 lbs. per level. It features durable roll-formed steel framing with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation when fully loaded, and double rivet button stud construction that locks perimeter beams into corner posts for a structurally secure joint eliminating back and side sway. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, with rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically in 1" increments. This shelving system allows four-sided access, providing maximum flexibility for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The kit includes sturdy, smooth precut 5/8" thick particleboard wood decking with a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish. The easy assembly design requires no bolts, nuts, or clips, using snap-in components for quick setup, and allows expansion by joining units with more stability and less construction than bolting starter units together.
