The SC Preferred™ 4 shelf, standard duty boltless shelving add-on with wood decking is designed to maximize storage capacity with a max storage weight of 1000 lbs. per level, suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The kit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers, double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically in 1" increments, and a sturdy, smooth precut 5/8" thick particleboard wood decking shipped in two pieces. The open shelves are adjustable to provide four-side access for maximum flexibility, and the shelving features chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish. The shelving system requires easy assembly with snap-in components and no bolts, nuts, or clips, enhancing stability by joining add-on units without bolting starter units together. Sturdy roll-formed steel framing offers maximum support, with front-to-back supports preventing beam rotation under full load, and double rivet button stud construction locking perimeter beams into corner posts to eliminate back and side sway.
