The SC Preferred 5 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with wood decking is designed to maximize storage areas with a max storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level, suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. It features adjustable open shelves at 1" increments and easy assembly with snap-in components, requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The unit offers various heights, widths, and depths to fit nearly every facility area and an open design allowing four-side access for maximum flexibility. The shelving includes sturdy roll-formed steel framing with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation under load, and double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts for structural security, eliminating back and side sway. Each add-on unit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams adjustable vertically at 1" increments. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish protects the shelving, while the sturdy, smooth precut 5/8" thick particleboard wood decking is a cost-effective solid surface and ships in two pieces.
