The SC Preferred™ 4 Shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with wood decking is designed to maximize storage areas with a maximum storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, allowing flexibility in shelf spacing. Assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The shelving unit’s open design allows four-sided access, providing maximum flexibility. Sturdy roll-formed steel framing offers maximum support, with front-to-back supports preventing beam rotation under full load. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, forming a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. Each add-on unit includes rugged 14 GA steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically at 1" intervals. The finish is a chip-resistant gray baked enamel. The shelves utilize sturdy, smooth, precut 5/8" thick particleboard decking, with particleboard shipped in two pieces for cost-effective solid decking.
