The SC Preferred™ 4 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with wood decking is designed to maximize storage areas in retail, commercial, and industrial spaces, featuring a maximum storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level. The shelving has durable, adaptable open shelves adjustable vertically at 1" increments, with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation under full load. The system employs sturdy roll-formed steel framing and double rivet button stud construction to lock perimeter beams into corner posts, ensuring structural security and eliminating back and side sway. Assembly is easy and tool-free, requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips, utilizing snap-in components for quick set-up and allowing for expansion by joining units with greater stability than bolting starter units together. Each add-on includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams adjustable on 1" increments. The unit finishes with a chip-resistant gray baked enamel and includes sturdy, smooth precut 5/8" thick particleboard wood decking shipped in two pieces.
