The SC Preferred Extra Heavy Duty Boltless Shelving additional shelf, measuring 42"W x 15"D with a wood deck, is designed for retail, commercial, and industrial storage applications, capable of supporting a maximum storage weight of 1600 lbs. per level. The shelving features adjustable open shelves that can be repositioned at 1" increments, enabling durable and adaptable storage for various environments. Assembly is easy with no bolts, nuts, or clips required, utilizing snap-in components. The construction includes sturdy roll-formed steel framing for maximum support, with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation under full load. A double rivet button stud design locks perimeter beams into corner posts, creating a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. The shelf includes a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and a 5/8" thick smooth precut particleboard deck, providing a cost-effective and solid surface.
