The SC Preferred™ 4 Shelf Heavy Duty Boltless Shelving Add On with wire shelving features a max storage weight of 1500 lbs. per level and is suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. It includes rugged 14 ga steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically in 1" increments. The open wire shelving design allows ventilation, visibility, light penetration, and sprinkler water flow for improved fire safety. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation under full load. The double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into the corner posts, creating a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish adds durability. This add-on unit requires no nuts, bolts, or clips for easy assembly with snap-in components, enabling expansion and joining of units with more stability and less construction than bolting two starter units together. The shelving dimensions and options accommodate various heights, widths, and depths to fit nearly any facility area.
