The SC Preferred 5 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with wire decking is designed to maximize storage area with a max storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level. It features durable, adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, with open shelves adjustable at 1" increments. The kit includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double-riveted horizontal beams that lock securely into corner posts using double rivet button stud construction, preventing back and side sway and beam rotation. The open design provides four-side access for maximum flexibility, and wire decking enhances ventilation, visibility, light penetration, and sprinkler water flow, improving fire safety. The entire shelving unit has a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and is easy to assemble without bolts, nuts, or clips, featuring snap-in components. Wire mesh ships in two pieces.
