The SC Preferred 2 Shelf Heavy Duty Boltless Shelving Starter with wire decking is designed to maximize storage capacity with a max storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, with open shelves adjustable at 1" increments. The shelving system allows four side access for maximum flexibility and includes easy assembly with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. It is constructed from sturdy roll-formed steel framing with 2" x 1", 14 gauge uprights punched on 1" centers, and double riveted horizontal beams that lock perimeter beams into corner posts to eliminate back and side sway. The front-to-back supports prevent beam rotation under full load. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish offers durability, while wire decking promotes ventilation, visibility, light penetration, and facilitates sprinkler water passage to improve fire safety.
