The SC Preferred 5 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with wire decking is designed to maximize your storage area with a max storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, and the unit offers easy assembly with no bolts, nuts, or clips required. The shelving starter includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 GA steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically at 1" increments. Sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation when fully loaded, and double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, forming structurally secure joints that eliminate back and side sway. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish enhances durability, and the wire decking allows for ventilation, visibility, light penetration, and sprinkler water passage for improved fire safety and insurance. The wire mesh ships in two pieces.
