The SC Preferred 5 Shelf Heavy Duty Boltless Shelving Add On with Wire Shelving is engineered for retail, commercial, and industrial use, offering a maximum storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments to suit various storage needs, and the unit features a durable, chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish. Constructed from sturdy roll-formed steel framing with 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams, it provides maximum support and stability, preventing beam rotation and eliminating back and side sway through double rivet button stud construction that locks perimeter beams into corner posts. The wire decking enhances ventilation, visibility, light penetration, and allows sprinkler water to pass through easily, improving fire safety. The add-on unit is designed for easy assembly without bolts, nuts, or clips, using snap-in components for quick setup and improved stability when joining units. The wire mesh ships in two pieces.
