The SC Preferred 3 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with wire shelving is designed to maximize storage area with a max storage weight of 1400 lbs. per level, suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments and allow four side access for maximum flexibility. The unit features easy assembly with snap-in components, requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. It includes sturdy 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically at 1" increments. The framing is roll-formed steel with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation under full load, and double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, eliminating back and side sway. The chip resistant gray baked enamel finish enhances durability, while the wire mesh decking allows ventilation, visibility, and light penetration, enabling sprinkler water to pass through racks easily, improving fire safety and lowering insurance premiums. The wire mesh ships in two pieces.
