The SC Preferred™ 5 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with wire shelving is designed to maximize storage areas in retail, commercial, and industrial spaces, supporting a maximum storage weight of 1400 lbs. per level. It features durable, adaptable open shelves that are adjustable at 1" increments, allowing four-side access for maximum flexibility. The easy assembly requires no bolts, nuts, or clips, using snap-in components for quick set-up. Sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation under full load, and double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts for a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. Each add-on unit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double-riveted horizontal beams adjustable in 1" increments. The wire decking offers ventilation, visibility, and light penetration, allowing sprinkler water to pass through easily, which enhances fire safety. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish adds durability. Wire mesh ships in two pieces.
