The SC Preferred 3 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with wire decking is designed to maximize storage capacity with a maximum storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level. It features durable, adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, with open shelves adjustable at 1" increments. The shelving system is easy to assemble, requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, and front-to-back supports prevent beam rotation under full load. Double rivet button stud construction secures perimeter beams into corner posts, forming a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. Each starter unit includes rugged 2" x 1", 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams adjustable vertically in 1" increments. The shelving has a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and wire decking that allows ventilation, visibility, light penetration, and sprinkler water flow for improved fire safety. The wire mesh ships in two pieces.
