The SC Preferred 4 Shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with wire decking is designed to maximize your storage area with a maximum storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, with open shelves that are adjustable at 1" increments. This shelving unit accommodates various heights, widths, and depths to fit nearly every facility area. The open design allows four-side access for maximum flexibility. Easy assembly is achieved with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, and front-to-back supports prevent beam rotation when fully loaded. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, forming a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. Each starter unit includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights, punched on 1" centers, and double riveted horizontal beams adjustable in 1" increments vertically. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish enhances durability. Wire decking allows ventilation, visibility, and light penetration, while also enabling sprinkler water to pass through racks easily, improving fire safety. Wire mesh ships in two pieces.
