The SC Preferred 3 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with wire decking is designed to maximize storage space with a max storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, allowing customization of height. The shelving unit offers easy assembly with snap-in components, requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. Constructed from sturdy roll-formed steel framing with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation, the unit uses double rivet button stud construction to lock perimeter beams into corner posts, eliminating back and side sway. Each starter unit includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 GA steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams adjustable vertically on 1" increments. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish enhances durability. The included wire decking, which ships in two pieces, allows ventilation, visibility, light penetration, and easy sprinkler water passage, improving fire safety and lowering insurance premiums.
