The SC Preferred 4 shelf heavy-duty boltless shelving starter with wire decking is designed to maximize storage areas with a max storage weight of 1500 lbs. per level. It is durable and adaptable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, featuring open shelves adjustable at 1" increments. The kit includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that lock perimeter beams into corner posts, forming structurally secure joints that eliminate back and side sway. The open design allows four-side access for maximum flexibility, with front-to-back supports preventing beam rotation when fully loaded. The wire decking enhances ventilation, visibility, and light penetration while allowing sprinkler water to pass through easily for improved fire safety. The finish is a chip-resistant gray baked enamel. Assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips.
